These terms cover the website
They govern your use of testralsystems.com. They are not the terms of an engagement. Work is done under a separate written agreement, signed by both sides, and where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins for everything it covers.
Prices here are floors, not quotes
Every figure on this site is a published starting point. It is not an offer, it does not bind either of us, and no contract comes into existence because you read it. The number you would actually pay comes from a written bid against a written scope, which is what the assessment exists to produce.
Timelines are described the same way. They are the shape these engagements usually take, not a commitment made before anybody has seen your product.
What we claim, and what we do not
Credentials on the About page are marked held or scheduled, and the two are never blurred. Prior work is described by industry and by outcome, without naming customers. Comparative figures on this site are labelled where they are illustrative rather than measured on a customer system.
Beyond that, the site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and we correct it when it is wrong, but we do not warrant that every page is complete or current, and you should not treat it as engineering advice for your own system. Advice for your system comes from an engagement, in writing.
Content and marks
The text, drawings, diagrams, code and layout of this site belong to Testral Systems LLC. You may read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. You may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.
Third-party names and logos on this site belong to their owners and appear only to say what equipment we work with. Their presence is not a claim of endorsement, partnership, or authorisation by those companies.
Photographs of industry settings are used under public domain, CC0, or Creative Commons licences, and the file, licence, author and source for each is recorded in the repository rather than left implicit.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Testral Systems LLC is not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on anything published on it. Liability for work performed is dealt with in the agreement covering that work, where it belongs, and nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Links out
Where this site links somewhere else, that destination is not ours and is not under our control. The link is a pointer, not a warranty about what is on the other end.
Governing law
Testral Systems LLC is a Massachusetts limited liability company, and these website terms are governed by the law of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any agreement for actual work states its own governing law and prevails over this for that work.
Changes
These terms can change. The date at the top says when they last did, and continuing to use the site after that is how you accept the current version.
