From me, not from a queue. If it is not a fit I will say so in that reply rather than booking a call to say it.

Thirty minutes, at lunch or after five
On your product, your current test process, your volumes, and what the actual deadline is. No deck, no discovery framework.

A two-page proposal within 48 hours
Scope, deliverables, price, payment split, what I need from you, acceptance criteria, and what is explicitly excluded.

A referral if I am the wrong call
If the work needs a firm, needs somebody on site daily, or needs it next week, I will tell you and point you at someone better placed if I know one.
